Parent Volunteers Needed!
Parents: We need your help!

We are looking for 1 or 2 parent volunteers from each team to help collect gate fees during our home games.

What would this involve?

*arrive one hour before your game starts (most of you are there that early anyway!)

*sit at the entrance and collect fees as visitors and guests arrive

*do not collect from bandit parents/guardians [all parents and guardians of players will be issued a free pass for the regular season home games]

*if we have 2 volunteers from each team you can take turns - only one volunteer needs to be at the gate at a time

*there are only approximately 8 home games in the regular season so it's really not a lot of work

*as soon as your players game starts, hand the cash tin over to the next gatekeeper (or a Beverly board member) and go in the rink & enjoy your kids game

If you can help us out please contact Juanita at [email protected]

Thanks so much!
