HUGE SUCCESS!
Flamborough Fundraiser

The Hamilton Sledgehammers (SH) & Beverly Bandits (BB) faced off against each other in two games of sledge hockey on Friday December 1st.  These games were like no other Flamborough has ever seen in that the score didn’t really matter.

For the record, both the Junior & Senior SH teams beat the BB by scores of 7-0 and 8-0 as expected BUT players on both sides had an incredible experience.  This Paralympic sport is incredible.

The games were part of a fundraiser at the Beverly Community Center to support the SH. Silent auctions, gate fees and game fees—yes game fees (the BB actually paid to be demolished by the SH) were all part of the fun.

A total of $6,600 was raised.

The SH & BB would like to thank all those who contributed to this incredible night. We also wish to thank those who came out to support these kids!

Our Flamborough community is incredible!
