Juvenile Rep Try-Outs

Birth years: 1998, 1999, 2000



$50 try out fee (non refundable) in cash or cheque please

2 ice try-outs guaranteed

Try out will be held on the following days:
Wednesday, September 19th @ 9pm
Sunday, September 23rd @ 7pm
Wednesday, September 26th @ 9pm
Sunday, September 30th @7pm

All try outs will take place at the Beverly Arena

Come early on the first night to fill out the paper work

After the team is made, the price for the season is $805 and is due on October 10th in full OR by 4 post dated cheques due on: October 10th $205, October 24th $200, November 7th $200 and November 21st $200 OR you can pay online in full or by credit card in full.
