Food Booth Volunteers Needed
Did you know that the Rockton Lions Club is a key donor of our hockey association each year?
In return, the Rockton Lions ask for our support with their food booth at the Rockton Fair on
Thanksgiving Weekend.
Our club needs your support – consider volunteering at the food booth this year.

Volunteers help prepare and serve food at the large pavilion right beside the grandstands.

All food handlers must wear either a cap or hair net in all food booths.

If you do not wish to be provided with a hair net, please wear a ball cap.

Volunteers must be grade 8 (Bantam) or above to volunteer on their own.

Volunteers in grade 7 (Peewee) wishing to volunteer must be accompanied by their parent.

BMHA will sign for high school volunteer hours for any high school students wishing to volunteer over the weekend.

As this is a fundraiser for BMHA, we ask volunteers to cover their admission into the fair. If requested, admission can be reimbursed. Please let me know when emailing about a shift.

When volunteering, please sign in under Beverly Minor Hockey so they can identify how many volunteers we provided over the weekend.
