BMHA COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN
As required by the City of Hamilton, we have created a 2021/2022 COVID-19 Safety Plan that details key information and requirements for players, coaches, and families.   Please review the Plan in detail prior to coming to the rink.   Full Plan located under the COVID tab.

Key Safety Plan Details:
-
Contact Tracing is required, names and contact information will be gathered as you enter the rink each time
-Self-Screening for COVID-19 symptoms is required prior to each BMHA activity
-Masks are mandatory in the rink, except when on the ice surface
-Social Distancing should always be maintained, and facility signage followed
-Vaccine Verification is mandatory for all U13, U15, U18 and U21 players, for BMHA coaches, bench staff and volunteers/staff

Review the entire Safety Plan and contact the COVID-19 Lead if you have any questions regarding the Safety Plan.
