Hello BMHA Families,
After 2 years it's finally back….Rockton Fair! BMHA is pairing up with the Rockton Lions again for our annual fundraising event, we are looking for Volunteers (12 years of age and up) to help us out with the Rockton Lions food tent.
The following time slots are available:
Friday October 7th
6 ppl (4pm -7pm)
4 ppl (7pm -10pm)
Saturday October 8th
2 ppl (8 am-12pm)
4 ppl (12pm-4pm)
4 ppl (7pm-10pm)
Sunday October 9th
2 ppl (8am-12pm)
4 ppl (4pm-8pm)
Monday October !0th
2 ppl (11am-2pm)
Please email Alicia Carpenter aliciacarpenter1984@gmail.com the date and time slot you would like no later than September 30th, if you are able to help out.
All volunteers will be given free admission to the fair for the day they are volunteering (if they're a Rockton Agricultural Society member, in good standing, they will not need a ticket).
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Fair!
