Select Hockey Survey - Results
Thank-you to those that participated in the Select Hockey Survey. The results of the survey were that we do not have enough interest in putting out a Select team at any level but that there is an interest in adding in Exhibition games throughout the season and also some interest in entering a higher level of Tournaments. This information will be shared with the Coaches in September and once teams are made each Coach will be asked to poll their team if they do want to enter a Select Level Tournament and also if they want to compete in Exhibition games for an extra fee (we will have an exact cost in September). This way the team gets to decide as a whole what they would like to have in their upcoming season. Here are the results of the survey...

We had 21 responses to the survey, 11 were yes to Select and 10 were no for Select. I broke them down into the divisions, so people with more than one child were counted in this as well. The numbers for wanting Select at each division were,
U11  x 3
U13 x 5
U15 x 2
U18 x 4

Question #3 Do you like the amount of games/practices that we currently have?
Yes x 18 No x 3
Question #4 Would you like to have some additional Exhibition games throughout the season? Yes x 18 No x 3
Question #5 Would you like your LL team to enter a Select Tournament?
Yes x 14 No x 7
Question #6 Would you like your LL team to enter a Rep Tournament?
Yes x 10 No x 11
Question #7 Do you like the level of play your team currently goes to in Tournaments?
Yes x 20 No x 1
