Volunteers needed for Alumni Tournament
BMHA Families,

We Need Your Help!

With the Alumni Tournament coming up this Sunday we are still in need of volunteers. To make this event successful we are reaching out to families for help during the event. Just a reminder this will count towards the reimbursement of your $100 volunteer fee. We are currently only looking for parents but there may be opportunities for our older players. We are asking for a 2 hour shift between 12pm -10pm.

We need volunteers to help with:
✅ Serving food
✅ Serving drinks (Smart Serve required)
✅ Running the raffle table
✅ Selling 50/50 tickets
✅ Running the ticket table (adults only)
✅ Referees (Credentials not required, but good knowledge of OMHA rules) Games are 30 minute run time
✅ Assisting with garbage & recycling throughout the event

Please emails us at [email protected] if you are able to help out.

Thanks,
Events Committee
