The BMHA is looking to fill a 2 year term position on the Board for League Convenor. Below is a description of the position. If you are interested in being considered for this position please email BMHA back by May 30th. The candidates will be discussed and a decision will be made at our June Board Meeting.
League Convenor
-You represent BMHA at any GRLL and OMHA meetings (normally 3 GRLL and 1 OMHA in a season)
-You attend the BMHA monthly meeting
-You are the representative for the OMHA so you ensure any information from the OMHA gets delivered to the right Board members and BMHA Families
-Register all of our teams with the OMHA in the Spring
-Enter all of our players and Coaches into Rosters and submit for approval to the OMHA
-Submit Travel Permits for any teams going in Tournaments or Exhibition games
-Communicate with the Coach Convenor that all of our coaches and bench staff have the correct credentials
-Get all information on any onice volunteers and submit that to the OMHA
-Responsible for ipads to be at every home game and that all games are uploaded in a timely manner.
-Ensure any suspensions are carried out by players and coaches and documented properly with the GRLL
Apart from game days with the iPads all of this work can be done from home.
