Sledge Hockey Fundraiser, Calendar (Beverly Minor Hockey)

We are hosting our 3rd Sledge Hockey Night at Beverly Arena

Proceeds will go to the Hamilton Sledgehammers

This team has a close association with us as one of our coaches, Brad Nimijohn, is also a coach for the Sledgehammers and his sons Sammy and Owen are on the team!

We will be having a Junior Game at 6:00 pm and a Senior Game at 7:00 pm. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to try out the game of Sledge Hockey and it is an exciting game to watch, we hope you will all come out and cheer on the teams.

 

Here is some more important information about the event on Friday December 1.

 

1) If your player (Novice to Midget age) would like a chance to win a spot on our team that will face off against the Sledgehammers then you will need to buy a ballot for $20 for your chance. We will have ballots available for purchase starting Friday November 10 until Monday November 24 when the draw will take place, this gives everyone 2 weeks to purchase their ballot. Please note we will only be selling them on practice nights as Sundays are too hectic in the lobby. You may buy as many ballots as you wish and we will be randomly choosing 4 ballots from each team.

 

2) If you wish to donate an item for our raffle table or our silent auction please e-mail [email protected] to let her know what you can donate. Items can be brought in and given to Debbie or Juanita Broadbent or if you need us to pick it up we can do that too! We would appreciate all donations in by November 24.

 

3) We will be selling advance tickets to the event ($2 Adults, $1 Kids and Seniors) starting November 24. Please contact Juanita at [email protected] if you wish to purchase tickets to the event or see Debbie or Juanita at the arena. Tickets will also be sold at the door for those attending.
