Hello BMHA Families,Stephanie Heightley has been appointed by the Board to fill the one year term as Vice President and we now need to fill what is left of her term as Equipment Convenor which is one year. Below is a description of the position.
Equipment Convenor Duties
A: Responsible for sizing, name bars and distribution of all BMHA uniforms;
B: Works with outside seamstress/tailor to ensure uniforms are ready in time to begin the season;
C: Responsible for purchase of team socks, extra mouth guards, ice packs, first aid kits, U5 through U11 goalie gear, pucks and other supplies that may be required both to start the season and replenish as needed throughout the season;
D: Responsible for ordering Tim Bits jerseys/socks in July for U5 through U8 teams. Coordinate handing them out to the players at the first practice for these teams;
E;: Organize any decorations and treats for special occasions such as Halloween and Christmas (Santa skate),
F: Shall set up the year end party, pizza, donuts, drinks, etc., trophies and year end Tim Hortons gifts
