Bandits bounce back in Elmira!!
The Bandits came out flying Sunday after a difficult performance 24 hours earlier and beat Woolwich 2-1 in a fast entertaining game with very few penalties on both sides.Both teams had plenty of scoring chances and the goaltending was excellent.Curtis Abernethy played a solid game!!
The Bandits scored first with Ben Giles scoring in the 2nd from Callum Williams.Bailey Davidson-Gouveia got the winner from the slot on a nice low shot that trckled in between the goalies pads early in the 3rd.Woolwich came back and made it a 1 goal game with 5 minutes left and then the Bandits held on with 35 seconds to go with the Wildcats having a 2 man advantage the the goalie pulled for the 2-1 win.
